1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing flagstaffroute66.com or booking a tour with Freaky Foot Tours, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Tour Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability. A confirmed booking constitutes a contract between you and Freaky Foot Tours. You must arrive at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 24+ hours before the tour start time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel tours due to extreme weather or safety concerns, in which case a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
4. Assumption of Risk
Walking tours involve physical activity on public sidewalks. Participants assume all risks associated with walking in an urban environment. You are responsible for your own safety, belongings, and physical well-being during the tour.
5. Code of Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully toward guides, other guests, and the public. Freaky Foot Tours reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or disrespectful, without refund.
6. Photography & Media
By joining a tour, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please inform your guide at the start of the tour.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and tour scripts, is the property of Freaky Foot Tours and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Freaky Foot Tours is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your tour booking.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Coconino County, Arizona.
